Pre-Hospital Emergency Trauma Management
The Pre-Hospital Trauma Management Course has been designed to enhance the skills tool set of persons working in the pre-hospital environment such as the Defence Fire Service (RAF Fire Service) (Army Fire Service) (Royal Navy Fire Service), Civilian Fire & Rescue Services, Mountain Rescue Personnel, Private Ambulance and First Aid Organisations, Voluntary Aid Services, and individuals working with extreme sports where there is a high probability of serious traumatic injury, Military Personnel, Especially Combat Medical Technicians and Regimental Combat Medical Technicians (regimental Medical Assistants) or those required to provide medical provision in difficult situations overseas such as Close Prootection Teams.

You should fall into any of the categories below for eligibility to attend the course:
Employed under the umbrella of the Defence Fire Service (See military Course)
Employed as a Combat Medical Technician (See military Course)
Employed as a Regimental Combat Medical Technician (previously RMA) (See Military Course)
Defence Medical Services (See Military Course)
HM Armed Forces (See Military Course)
Employed by or contracted to UK Defence Services (See Military Course)
Employed by a recognised Security company providing Medical Provision Overseas (See Military Course)
Close Protection Operatives (See military Course)
UK Fire & Rescue Services
RNLI & Similar Rescue Organisations
HM Coastguard

Mountain Rescue Services
Private Ambulance Services
First Aid Organisations
Voluntary Aid Societies
Those providing event cover for extreme sports
Those involved in the steel industry or similar heavy industry with specialist hazards
If you work for, or with any of the last five categories in the list above, you are required to hold a current first aid qualification in order to meet the requirements of the course. Please contact us and we shall advise on your eligibility.
