1-Day 12 hour course

This course comprises of our oxygen therapy, entonox and AED course combines as 1 course and delivered over a 12 hour period usually in 1 day.

The course is delivered in 3 distinct modules delivered by traininers holding the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Trainer Course.

The course is delivered as follows:

AED module:

Phase 1 - CPR session. Candidates must be able to perform effective CPR as per current guidelines prior to moving to phase 2.
Phase 2 - AED

Oxygen Therapy Module

How to store oxygen cylinders safely
How oxygen works
How to select and insert Oro-Pharyngeal Airways
How to use a Bag, Valve, Mask Resuscitator
How to use oxygen therapy to suppliment CPR

Entonox Module

How Entonox Works

How to teach a casualty to Self-Administer Entonox
