We provide a Residential First Aid Trainer / Assessor Courses for individuals wishing to further their first aid knowledge and skills to help others learn first aid skills.

The First Aid at Work Trainer / Assessor Course is primarily for all persons who wish to teach and assess the HSE First Aid at Work Courses. However, on successful completion of the course, individuals will be able to deliver many other first aid courses.

The First Aid Trainers Course is designed for people with a minimum of 3 years knowledge of first aid and is completed in 2 x 12-Hour Days (24 Hours)

Course fees are just £300.00 per person (Usual Cost is £600.00 per person).

The course cost includes:

Accommodation for one night (additional night accommodation can be arranged for those traveling.
pre-learning materials
Trainers resources allowing you to commence training courses on completion of the course.

You can become an Phecta instructor and teach First Aid at Work.

The course covers the principles of teaching, you will be expected to deliver training courses as per your lesson plans.

Successful candidates shall receive a First Aid Trainers Certificate Valid for 3 Years and shall be able to deliver the following training courses, initially supervised by an experienced trainer:

HSE Emergency First Aid at Work (1 x 6Hour Day)
HSE First Aid at Work (3 x 6 Hour Days)
HSE First Aid at Work Re-Qualification Course (2 x 6 Hour Days)
HSE First Aid Annual Update Training (1 x 3 hour Day)
Emergency Life Support Courses
Community First Aid Courses

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a valid HSE First Aid at Work Certificate (Unless exempt)
Must have held a First Aid at Work Qualification for a minimum of 3 Years
Be a minimum of 20 years of age
