Based in South Wales, the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Training Agency is able to deploy vehicles and staff to provide first aid, pre-hospital care, patient transportation and safety cover to a large geographic area including Wales, The Midlands, South West England and South East England.

We hold a register of Event First Aiders. To gain access to this register, first aiders must have completed training in First Aid at Work, Event Safety, Risk Assessment, Advanced First Aid Training, Pre-Hospital Trauma Management

Without First Aid and Event Medical Cover, organisations are unable to gain permission for their event to take place. Medical, ambulance & first aid provision are one of the most important parts of any organised event. Unfortunately, it is also the part that is often either forgotten about or severely under-estimated in relation to the resources required.

The safety of the general public who attend such events and those taking part is the responsibility of the event or venue manager.

The following quote is taken from The Event Safety Guide (HMSO) Par 717, p123:

"Event organisers must appoint a competent organisation to provide medical management. The appointed organisation should be experienced in the medical management of similar events."

The Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Training Agency Ambulance Services Directors have over 50 Years of experience in all aspects of first aid and medical service provision at various events throughout the UK.

Our staff are highly trained with the minimum qualification level being Health & Safety Executive recognised standards in  First Aid at Work

Amongst our staff, we have a pool of IHCD State Registered Paramedics, IHCD Ambulance Technicians, IHCD Ambulance Care Assistants, Registered Nurses, State

Registered Physiotherapists and Experienced First Aid Personnel.

REMEMBER, When Organising Events, PLEASE DO NOT entrust the safety of those who attend your event or venue to underqualified organisations and services.
